RETURNS FAQS
Yes. We accept returns on opened bottles within the 30-day window. We want you to have genuinely tried the product — it wouldn't be fair to only accept unopened returns. If you gave it a real chance and it wasn't right for you, contact us and we'll sort it out.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds are typically issued within 3-5 business days after approval.
We're sorry if that happened — it shouldn't. Contact us immediately with a photo of the damaged or incorrect item and your order number. In these cases, we'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. You won't need to return the damaged item.
